Notice to Quincy Township Residents
The Ovid Township Zoning Board of Appeals has received applications for a variance. A public hearing has been scheduled to hear comments and consider the request on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 7 PM at the Ovid Township Hall, 381 S. Angola Road, Coldwater, MI 49036.
Request 1: 834 Reds Channel Drive, Coldwater, MI 49036, To allow a setback reduction from Quimby Road of 11 feet from the require 93 feet.
Request 2: 615 Kim Drive, Coldwater, MI 49036, To allow 135 SQFT of an accessory building in the waterfront yard, and to allow 480 SQFT of a accessory building to built over the required max size.
This notice has been prepared in accordance with Sec. 103 of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act. Any question may be directed to Robert Hawley, Ovid Township Zoning Administrator at 517-279-9388.
